About this Chapter:
After seeing a blog on Kelsey Briggs young death at the hands of her step father and possibly mother the Last family went into action. They joined our effort to comfort children in crisis with enthusiasm and drive. They have already collected over 200 bears to be given to police emergency vehicles that respond to child abuse situations in the home, and have made several public awareness (Fox News, click to view) spots that address the issue of child abuse prevention as well as the comfort teddies bring to frightened and hurting young hearts after the fact.
